At Brenger, we are looking for a Finance Working Student to support our Head of Finance and ensure smooth and efficient financial processes. What you’ll do

• Process and upload invoices, including some manual payments.

• Respond to emails in the finance mailbox.

• Monitor and check payments.

• Handle payments related to damages, credits, and complaints, and verify insurance reimbursements.

• Address questions from the accountant about invoices.

• Follow up on outstanding invoices with customers.

You…

• Are available for at least 6 months, ideally 12 months.

• Can work 8 hours per week, split across up to 2 shifts.

• Live in Amsterdam.

• Have an eye for detail.

• Communicate professionally and clearly, both in writing (emails) and verbally.
